I WAS ALWAYS ATHLETIC AT A YOUNG AGE BUT REALLY GOT SERIOUS ABOUT WEIGHT LIFTING AND BODYBUILDING IN 2003.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE BODYBUILDING BECAUSE I AM IN CONTROL OF MY OWN DESTINY AND PROGRESSION. I DONT HAVE TO ANSWER TO A BOSS, BECAUSE I AM THE BOSS.
How I Stay Motivated:
CONSTANTLY MAKING IMPROVEMENTS TO MY PHYSIQUE AND BEING ABLE TO VISUALLY TRACK MY PROGRESSION IS WHAT KEEPS ME MOTIVATED.
BB Accomplishments:
BECOMING A NATURAL PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDER, AND I AM NOW CURRENTLY BEING SPONSORED BY OPTIMUM NUTRITION/ABB. THESE TWO THINGS ARE THUS FAR MY GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS.

I have recently earned my pro card in the natural bodybuilding circuit and plan to rise the the top in the sport of bodybuilding!
Goal (Long):
For as long as I can remember I have always been interested and active in sports. From running track, playing basketball, boxing and now Bodybuilding. No matter what the sport I've given 100% of myself in order to succeed and achieve greatness. Years of hard work and dedication, I've achieved my goal of being a professional bodybuilder, but now the real work begins. I plan to be one of the best bodybuilders the world has ever known and will not stop until I reach that status. So keep your eyes open and your ears to the street, because one day the name Daniel Grissom will ring synonymous with the historic greats of bodybuilding.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
3%

Cool. I did 2 shows back in June. First was the Atlantic States where I placed second in the middles, and the second was the Garden State in Jersey where I won middleweight. Right now I'm chillin; gonna take the year off and try to bulk up to light heavy and compete again next year.
Great Physique! Check out the International Drug Free Athletics (IDFA) at http://www.idfa.ca. We run Amateur & Pro Natural Bodybuiding, Figure Competitions. Thanks! Shaun Campbell, IDFA Founder
