i compete on the bamtan weight took 1st and i also compete on the light weight and i took second the plus i was runner up for the overall the best of the in the show the work got done i did my homework maybenext time i take the overall.

well i start doing my water depletion 2 weeks ago i was flat 2 days ago i was 135lb but like i sid it give me time to twich some stuff in my diet so now am just trying to keep it under 143lb so today i look at my peek so am just gonna focuse in keeping it up until saturday.
