i got started 4 years ago when i was about to graduate and i tought to my self if i was gonna still be the skinny guy to get picked on all the time than one of my friends intruduce me to wrestling since than i havent stop working out and its been a long jurnie for me wich i love all the sacrifices and ups about thee exercise.
Why I Love It:
i love it because it keeps me strong mentaly and emocional plus it helps my body to look better and plus i belive bodybuilding is life style not just working out i see it more than that i see working out like it takes you to another world when is you agains the weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated because one day not to far i wanna become a fitness model and i dont see it so far and i can reach that and more as long my motivation stays hig and i always see the progress that i make and thats how i keep my self motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
my accomplishment just place 1st place bamtan weight and 2nd place light weight sacramento and runner up for the overall competitor npc and pro bodybuilding show 3rd in my first bodybuilding show 2years ago and at the same show i took 10th place in the middle weight class when i was a bantam weigth after 23 competetors in the middle weight class i belive i did good and planing to place better positions trough my jurnie.
jen is a wonderful person and friend and she really inspire people not just because of her out looks if you get to know her you will know she one of the wonderfull person and he always keep me motivated when i feel down to the ground and i belive i can always count with here.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
