Workout Program:
This past year my focus was on endurance and core body strength. This year in 2009 I want to focus more on core body strength but at the same time build more muscle.

My work outs usually consist of high intensity exercises that do not allow you to rest. I do crossfit sometimes, but I like to make my own variants of that type of exercise. I like to lift weights in the evenings when I can. Ususally I will go running or swimming in the morning along with either tire flips, sprints, and Calisthenics. I change it up so its not the same. Some days i will get on www.crossfit.com and do the work out of the day. I want to get on a good routine where
I am doing cardio in the morning, ie: running or swimming, and in the evenings focusing on strength and doing some weight training.
