WELL JUST GOT BACK INTO IT AFTER NOT WORKING OUT FOR OVER A YEAR.

WELL HERE IT IS IVE HAD ALOT OF PEOPLE ASK HOW DO YOU LOSE 60LBS IN TWO MONTHS!!! FIRST LET ME SAY WITHOUT MY TRAINER NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED SHES ON HERE UNDER ANGELAC I TALK MORE ABOUT HER LATER!!I EAT 3 DOZEN EGG WHITES A DAY, 1 OR 2 ISOPURE WHEY DRINKS AND A NORMAL DINNER OF SOME SORT OF MEAT AND GREEN VEGGIE. I WORKED OUT 2 TIMES A DAY DID CARDIO IN THE MORNING 3 TIMES A WEEK AND LIFTED IN THE EVENINGS FOR ABOUT 45 TO 60 MINUTES. TRAINED 1 BODY PART EACH DAY. DAY 1 CHEST, DAY 2 LEGS, DAY 3 BACK,DAY 4 ABS AND SHOULDERS, DAY 5 ARMS ... AND MOST IMPORTANT WAS MY TRAINER ANGIE SHE WAS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP WITH DIET AND LIFTING ADVISE I KNOW I COULDNT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT HER!!
