haha, hey no problem! The PT went great until I had to stop temporarily due to packing/move that will take place soon.. but TP assistance is a big help for workouts and nutrition.

That was the hardest part bro, finding the right schedule. With work and school it was at first difficult but now I'm used to it, I'm very motivated. I usually work out late at night and I'm very disciplined in my diet. I only have one cheat day (Friday) and it's only one cheat meal. Anyway, thanks for your words bro. Semper Fi

Thanks for the compliment, and appreciate the info, but the DFACs I've been to don't have a very good selection, I'm in the states now, and I can't eat chicken. But, thanks again for the compliment on the progress.
