Review: Really. really good product. Its like rocket fuel. One tub and i noticed strength gains, I didnt see any change in size but there was diffenitly gains elsewhere! Its a bit expensive, thats why I decieded to only take it once a day, this being because i was going to the gym everyday. I would say, take as directed!! I was taking it and aftr about a month and a half i noticed it wasnt working the way it used to, so I took a break of one month from it. When i went back on it, it was just as powerful as it was at the start. So i highly reccommend it be cycled!!
