Overall Goal: I want to maintain about 200 pounds and get my BF down to about 9% or until I am able to do my laundry on them.

How I Started:
I was a skinny kid and actually started working out hard when I was 21 and was 140 pounds. I got away from it for a while and not sure why but had been lifting for the past 10 years but with a bad diet and no cardio, until now
Why I Love It:
There is a high after getting a good pump or hitting a new goal that you can only get busting your ass.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have to say it is like a Crack habit.

I want to maintain about 200 pounds and get my BF down to about 9% or until I am able to do my laundry on them.
Goal (Long):
Now that I have added diet and cardio in my routine I am attempting to drop a few more pounds of fat and pick up a few more pounds of muscle. It would be fairly easy to drop weight but also sacrifice hard earned muscle so I am hitting the big three pretty hard now , eating 6 quality meals a day and cardio 3 times a week with high intensity. I am hoping to get to my goal by June.

O.K yesterday was a planned cheat day and when I woke up I was thinking pancakes right out of the gate. I love breakfast food and think I could eat it for most of my meals if I had to (I do eat eat egg whites daily). As the day progressed I don't think I overly indulged to where I was feeling...
