When I Started:
Jan, 1999
How I Started:
My Whole Family Lifts Weight's. Not suprising that I became addicted to it at a young age. Dad Got Me Involved and now I just can't stop.
Why I Love It:
It's Become Part Of My Lifestyle. I love to do it, almost too much. I like that I have a head start on most people since I began young and plan to lift for the rest of my life god willing.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's Hard Lifting with all the illegal drugs out there. I have been lifting so long and come across people who cheated their way above me. You have to understand that Weightlifting is good for you and use it to have a healthier life. Remember why you work so hard and just enjoy it.
BB Accomplishments:
OutLifting My Dad and older brothers at age 20. Not an easy feat to do.
I lost all the fat. Now I need to do the neglected part of lifting. Adding Flexibility, and muscular endurance. I want to keep in shape and make it a lifestyle.
During this festive holiday season i wish you and yours a great holiday filled with happiness and hope that you will have all the good things that 2010 will bestow unto you. Also watch your waist line LOL, Seasons greetings mate, all the best, seb
