How I Started:
My Whole Family Lifts Weight's. Not suprising that I became addicted to it at a young age. Dad Got Me Involved and now I just can't stop.
Why I Love It:
It's Become Part Of My Lifestyle. I love to do it, almost too much. I like that I have a head start on most people since I began young and plan to lift for the rest of my life god willing.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's Hard Lifting with all the illegal drugs out there. I have been lifting so long and come across people who cheated their way above me. You have to understand that Weightlifting is good for you and use it to have a healthier life. Remember why you work so hard and just enjoy it.
