When I Started:
Oct, 2005
How I Started:
My senior year in high school sports (track) I started getting slower and got worse and pretty soon some underclassmen were able to out run me at track practice. but only because i spent hours in the gym lifting every weekend and got bigger and people at practice kept telling me i was getting too big this is what carried into my bodybuilding career
Why I Love It:
Its great, its alot of fun lifting in the gym and then seeing the results later on. it doesnt get any better than that.
How I Stay Motivated:
A friend of mine kept motivating me that If I set my mind to anything no one in the world would be able to beat me and I've carried that mentality into my bodybuilding career..... R.I.P Josh
BB Accomplishments:
(2008 Southwestern USA & Tucson Muscle Classic) Overall 1st place in both shows
(2007 Arizona Copper Classic) 2nd place Novice, 1st Place Mens Light-HeavyWeight (2006 Ultra Southwest) 1st Place Teens - 3rd Place Open Mens - 3rd Place Novice , (2006 Arizona Copper Classic) 1st Place Teens, 2nd Place Novice, 3rd Place Middle Weight Class
I still cannot believe i did it, its such a huge accomplishment none of this would of been possible without my friends motivating me. I cant wait to compete against the pros
