Background

When I Started: Jan 2008
HOW I STARTED:

2008, I started replacing my meals with healthy options and got a gym membership. The desire to become a successful fitness model has turned into an indelible passion. 2012, I have decided to compete in my first bodybuilding.com contest: BODY TRANSFORMATION

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's one of the few things in life where the results is 100% positive physically and mentally.

Banana Boat Protein Shake

Banana Boat Breakfast Protein Shake



Ingredients

8 oz. of almond milk

1 tsp of fat free yogurt

1 tsp of smooth creamy peanut butter

1 serving (scoop) of protein powder

1 ripe banana

1 serving of cooked oatmeal*

3 ice cubes crushed



*I normally cook the oatmeal the night before and store it in the fridge so it’s nice and cold when mixed in the shake :)
