Making those numbers inch upward, and soon raw powerlifting/bench competitions (181lb class).
BB Accomplishments:
I'm working to get up to a 1RM of 2x bodyweight at 180lbs (ie. 360lbs) on the following four lifts (all upper-body, because wrecked knees means no squats or deads):
Bench: 315
Row: 220
Chinup: 250x3
Dip: 280x4
