Read flex mag and watch Ronnie Coleman on youtube while l am having breakfast then l go hit the weights.

l have always wanted to get big from when l was young l would watch Arnold Swartzenegger in pumping iron and Conan and wanted to be like him. My next goal is to be 265 KG's ripped in the next 6 months.
