When I Started:
Nov, 1996
How I Started:
Joined the Marines after high school, was only 135 pounds after boot camp. Started lifting just to get bigger, needed more strength and size to achieve goals while in the military.
Why I Love It:
Just want to stay healthy and stay trim... and look good for my wife.
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch some Vin Diesel (Knockaround Guys). The right song will really get me going, too. About to turn 30, food tends to stick around a lot easier than it used to, time to work a little harder in the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing professional. Was able to run a perfect physical fitness test in the Marines (pullups (20), situps (80), 3-mile run (18 minutes)). I am now a natural 165, but have gotten up to 195 in bulking phase.
