Christianbuilt Warren, you are really making some great progress. Your arms are looking awesome. I have been using cyto-gainer and muscle milk for the mass gaining and after 5 months I went from around 167-188. Started my cutting three wks ago. You really need to down the protein and rest 2mins between sets so you dont burn to many cal. keep up the good wk and cheers. Jul 15, 2008 7:36am

SuperMaine you can bring out your shoulders and chest easily....mainly what i did is change my routine, NEVER train shoulders before a chest day and NEVER train chest right before a shoulder day Jul 13, 2008 8:42am
