To be honest when i was 17 i was arrested and put on house arrest. I figured if i was going to be home for a while, i might as well do something good for myself. It became an addiciton, a few years after that i kind of slacked on my workouts, but this past year i've been working out harder than i ever have and i continue to improve. At the end of last year i packed on a lot of muscle but my new job has me working crazy hours and no matter how much food i bring my weight decreased like crazy. I was at 185 in january and by march i was 160, i'm slowly packing weight back on but i'm only up to 166.
Why I Love It:
It just feels awesome to get that pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family, any compliments i get and any insults motivate me as well.
BB Accomplishments:
I know i need to burn off just a little more fat, but i would like to be atleast 180-185 by the end of this year.
Just to bulk up a little more. I want to gain about 10-12 lbs by April 09.
Goal (Long):
My biggest weakness as of now is my chest. I read if you have a problem to attack it, and that's what i've been doing and i am finally getting some shape in my chest, they just need to be a little thicker. I've also been hitting my legs more because they need more shape and are starting to look good and i'm squatting more.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 112 lb

Right now since work is insane i work out when i can, i start my day at 4am and dont get home till like 11 some nights, its hard to work out then and i dont want to overwork my self because i do get some what of a workout at work. But i do sweat up a storm and i know thats why i've lost so...
