How I Started:
I weighed 210 at 5'6 and I knew it was time for a change. Through Diet and exercise I dropped down to 137 and my height has since increased to 5'10. When I started dieting I was doing it incorrectly and lost massive muscle mass. But now I am on my quest for finding the perfect diet and workout program.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel alive and accomplished. Also I love the attention I get from girls after they see my Biceps.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by having picture's on my celling of Arnold Schwarzenegger and other body builders I want to someday look like. My second source of motivation is my friends and family taking notice in my approvements. My third source of motivation is I will tell myself that if I keep doing what I already am doing then I cant fail because a body in motion will want to stay in motion.

Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to build a body to be proud of, Impress girls and beat my competition. I dont want to settle for the average guy who hasnt seen his dick in a good 10 years. I desire to weight 160 pounds, with 8% or 7% body fat, 16" arms in circumference, with a rock hard six pack.
