Captain Ahab If you would like to make your fitness goals come true and in the next 12 weeks I recommend you look into the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the BFL program.
