How I Started:
A friend of mine was a bodybuilder and encourage me to go to the gym and because of high cholestrol.
Why I Love It:
I use to love it but lost my motivation and recently lost my job.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I get to the gym I am movtivated but having to cut cost. I have had to cut my membership due to job loss. I have a few weights at home I am just not motivated yet.

Goal (Long):
To get back to a routine of working out. I know how healthy an fit is a plus. I want to do it naturally but I sometimes need supplements to give the motivation and jump start to get going again.
