you are very right. When I need to put on weight, I get to cheat a little. But now, I have to take out all the pastas, and most of the red meat.

you great already! Good luck. I tried Superpump, I liked it too. Right now I use scivation. I will change to a different set of supplements in two weeks. This was my first week cleaning up my diet.

training is going great. I just ended my bulking phase. Went from 205 to 225. Now I am going to cut the fat. I just started this week, so I still feel really good. How about you?

i do have myspace...there is a link on my profile. workout by yourself is not that bad. i do. but having friends is good too they push and create competition.

workouts are going great! and thanks. the key to getting muscular is a lot of intensity and hardwork in the gym and good nutrition. good luck to you.

training is going good. wanted to pass out this morning, doing back. i was good until i did deadlifts, that got me.
