How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10-12? i get the best burn. but every now and then i do 21s.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
2 minutes. anything less and i lose the pump.

Cleaning the diet? Ohh thats always fun. I eat clean 7 days a week. I cannot stand the feeling after a cheat. To me its not worth it.
