Ever since I watched my first Arnold Schwarzenegger film I was inspired to want to have a good physique.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10-12? i get the best burn. but every now and then i do 21s.

Well, I wouldn't exactly put it that way, lol - it would be pleasant if you did though, lol. Right now it is finals week, trying to survive that , you know it goes - the days and nights kind of blur together, lol - training is going well :)

25 miles? I can do about 15 and I tire out. You da man! Last weekend it rained and rained. This weekend is my comp..so the sunshine dance is in order for Saturday. You busting out the canoe??
