yes, exactly like hooking a fish!! i have to see if you wrote your blog yet... i am dying to read about this. day is good...cardio in morning (50 minutes) and abs -- made the mistake of doing abs first and running hurt sooo bad... going out tonight again for sprint work and you???
it is actually an old saying... (go figure!) but it means you say just enough to get someone to want to hear more...kind of like eating a salty potatochip... one is good, but leaves you wanting another....
Legs were great! personal bests again all around (even on shoulders) but today's bi and chest workout was weak. I just hate chest days! I also have to start cranking up the cardio too... time to cut!
Oooooooh! I fell OFF the wagon... HARD!! I went on vacation for a while and let loose. Mmmmmmm. Vacation food... Mmmmm. ;) BUT IM BACK!! :) 3 weeks of hardcore training/clean eating will put me RIGHT back to where I want to be! :) How are things going with you? :)
