How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10-12? i get the best burn. but every now and then i do 21s.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
2 minutes. anything less and i lose the pump.

Well, I wouldn't exactly put it that way, lol - it would be pleasant if you did though, lol. Right now it is finals week, trying to survive that , you know it goes - the days and nights kind of blur together, lol - training is going well :)
