As far as getting shredded.. It's not so much about the program bro. The key is your diet and your calories. You nail that part down and find a program you like and can stick to add your 30+ min of cardio a day and you are one your way. I can send you a copy of the diet I adhere to year round. I just up cals for bulking and lower cals for cutting ;-)

Thats much better Ronnie! Well done! :-) I also see you upped your cardio to 30 mins a day now too. Good. That should be your base for cardio. Anywhere between that and an hour will be great. I always do low intensity cardio with the occasional high intensity 15-20 sec interval. It was great seeing you guys on Sun too. Maybe we can hang this weekend?

Nothing I'm sure you have not hear before bro. Looks like you are doing a good job of it too. You just have to keep your priorities in line. #1 Your diet #2 Training and consistency #3 Supplements. Be consistent in these three areas and you will succeed.

Alright Ronnie, it is time for me to give you a hard time about your profile picture. You gotta get something more bodybuilding or fitness related up there. I know you are not where you want to be and I'm not saying you have to do something shirtless or anything. Even a pic of you at the gym or something ;-)

Cool man! We should be able to make something work the weekend of the 11th. I'm glad to hear things are going well between you and Sarah. My best wishes to her on her transformation challenge as well. Is she on here?

LOL ;-) I think it is great to try different things from time to time. No, I would not say you are "pre-burning" the muscle but on higher rep days, I do feel it warms the muscles up a little better. Also, you are progressively increasing the intensity and load & exercises. Like this:Week 1: 15, 12 A Week 2: 15, 12, 10 B Week 3: 15, 12, 10, 8 A Week 4: 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 B Week 5: 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 T A Week 6: 6, 8, 10, 12 B Week 7: 6, 8, 10 A Week 8: 6, 8 B

Im with ya man! I am really liking the increase on my lifts too. I havnt lifted this much in a long while. Well, I still have abs but I have certainly put on some fat. I'm sure a lot of that is not due to the increase in calories but the fact that although I stick to my diet, I have also been having treats and deserts and stuff like that whenever I feel like it. So all depends on how strict you wanna be.

Hey bro! I'm with you! Time to mass it up! It's so funny. During the summer I thought to myself I would just stay cut year round but as summer came to an end, my mind changed slowly but surely. ;-) It's been going pretty well for me so far. Strength is better than it has been for at least 6 months & I seem to be filling out. Gained 1lb per week the last 4 weeks.

Thanks a lot for the comment bro. You have good overall thickness and I think you are doing well at keeping your bf in check while trying to add some size. Here is a link on this site to some Peak Pyramid vids. Dont think the book is out yet http://videos.bodybuilding.com/show/peakpyramid

Look who's talking bro! Very well done yourself. Are you trying to remain so lean right now through the summer or are you a meso w/an especially high metabolism?

Hey bro. Honestly, I used Max-OT for about a year a few years back. I gained a decent amount of muscle and my strength went way up during that period. If fact, I do not lift that heavy these days due to diff reasons. But I liked the program. I am currently on Peak Pyramid training and also love Tri-Phase. Both are Team Scivation programs.

They were all good. I do feel Tri-phase is the best for long term and Peak Pyramid is great for at least 12-24 weeks.
