guest My goal is to add 1" to my arms and I have reached my goal... I seem to be stuck though at where I am. I lift heavy and train muscles allowing each body part 5 days to recover. Any ideas? Cheers, Stevo Sep 15, 2010 4:01pm

travmiller My rotators are good actually, this felt more like the outer muscle just was beat up or strained a little, and I Think I figured out why, so not doing the machine dips for tri's anymore, the angle pulls my shoulders back. Also going to start lighter on the inclines and do slower reps. then heavier on flat and decline presses. I do inclines first so would be a great warm up Aug 6, 2010 5:54pm

guest G'day Ivan, I am into Bodybuilding. While I was living in the USA, my Pastor (who was HUGE) actually got me back into it. That is about a year and a half ago now.
