hey bro yea everything is going alrite i wish i could gain sum weight but all i get is strenght and cut haha but im still working hard cuz i wanna get signed by the time im 18

hey man i use strawberry and chocolate but i only use them 4 8-10 weeks then i switch to 100 percent whey protein by gold standard when i lean out

the way to get a bigger chest is to do wide grip and close grip on incline decline and regular bench. push up's are really good and do a lot of flys but not to heavy because you want to extend as far as you can.

intense so far training like a power lifter but getting results like a bodybuilder i train 4 hours a day and love every minute of it

true mass taste great i think and is a great mass builder i like strawberry but it works the best if you take it 15 to 30 min after a workout and when you go to sleep
