How I Started:
Started lifting for sports at about 15. Became serious about lifting as a sport itself about 3 years ago.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge. It keeps me honest and focused with everything else in my life. It is my therapy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am too competitive to not be motivated. Also, the guys at my gym push me through even the crappiest workouts.
