Background

When I Started: Feb 2012
HOW I STARTED:

I started working out 20 years ago and I've had a love hate relationship with the gym and my body image for sometime. I recently experienced weight gain after being inactive since July 2011. I'm pledging to change my lifestyle and get into better shape.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the results I see from weight training
