I basically was a huge partier...I fought a few mma fights..won a lot, but the last lost I suffered was because I was way out of shape, had a bad lifestyle of partying and what not...so that's what made me change and get back into the gym to work out and train.
Why I Love It:
results, feeling of acomplishment, stress reliever, knowing you're bettering yourself
How I Stay Motivated:
my family has a history of bad health problems...I have friends who treat their bodies like shit, but then again I have huge, fit, friends in sports and what not that keep me going too
BB Accomplishments:
get a little bulker, i'm a really short guy, 5'4, but i'm pretty bulk and cut for my size, but i'd still like to get bigger to intimidate more people haha
