What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I was doing dumbell press, and when I went to set down the dumbells to either side of me, another weight was already there, and I crushed my left index finger in between them, fracturing it.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Around 8, give or take

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
2 and a half minutes...just enough time to let my muscles re oxygenate, but still work them hard
personally, I wouldn't go with a traditional high calorie weight gainer. I have never used one myself. It would be more beneficial to try adding more meals to your diet. Go for 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight every day! Try eating 6 meals a day. Each should include high protein and some carbs. EX: eggs and toast, chicken with brown rice, etc...
hey bud, whats up. The best advice I can give you right now is to eat big as well as lift big. Ur a hard gainer just like I am. One thing that is important about this is to lift "big" for you. Dont worry about what other people in the gym are doing, just make sure that you get better every week. Definitely get a good whey protein supplement and consider creatine if you havent already. If you stay dedicated and consistant, the gains WILL happen!
