Dude, incredible transformation. You don't even look like the same person. Congratulations on an awesome job and continued success as you continue your training.
Your new pictures look great. Your transformation is tremendous, really an inspiration. Your "temple" is looking impressive, keep up the hard work and please post your progress.
Looking great! You have a very inspirational story and I have no doubt you'll continue to get closer to your goals- no, you'll actually surpass them, I'm sure!!
To get the peak i try to work on concentraion curls. They really pop it up nicely. Most people do them wrong though. Go light, focus on the top portion where the db touches your shoulder, and squeeze as hard as possible up top. Try to force as much blood into those muscles as possible. Also twist as you come up so the side outter side of the db touches your shoulder. Good luck bro!
Wow dude i just read your info. Thats awesome that your turning your life around. Im sure you will back down below 200 before you know it. Very inspiring man...
i wish you all the best, turning around the unpleasant situation you have been in. it sounds like you are well on the road to recovery now, and that is great. stay strong and continue to move ahead. also, congrats on the weight loss so far!
My key triceps movements are skull crushers, overhead triceps press and cable pushdowns with various hand position attachments. I perform 5 sets each to failure, adjusting the weight to hit a minimum of 5 reps. Keep training strong. -Jeff
