Hey MaMa, how are you? I have been really busy and was out of town but I am back. How are the workouts going? Back on track yet? I have to get back on too. How is your boy doing?
Ya keeping busy Mama Rage? You've been quiet lately. I did my leg workout today. And it burned!!! And I did do some treadmill at home yesterday. It was hard and I felt like quitting. But I kept at it till I was soaken wet. So smile, I'm workin' on it! Eating good too. Drop a line when you find time. What day do you start work again?
That makes me happy that he is home sfae and sound. I am about 45 mins from San Francisco, just the bay. I think about an hr and a half from the real beach. I have some beach pic's from so cal.
