How I Started:
after having 4 shoulder cuff and bicep re-attachment surgeries in 2 years, i gained 35 pds,my son who was deployed at time and on here suggested i get on the b.b to get motivation,plus an added way to stay connected to him,i started pool walking,to buying my own treadmill,and then weight bench,yeah for me!
Why I Love It:
it not only helped me loose weight,over all feeling so much better about myself,and slowly getting rid of the age issue... to just enjoy the new healthy fit me.
How I Stay Motivated:
having two grandkids,who i want to be able to always join in their fun,running in park,swimming in pool,jumping on tramp.one needs to healthy and top shape to hang out with a 3 and 5 yr old.
(3rd one due in june 09,)
