How I Started:
I have always been active and after having 3 kids I found I couldn't just eat and stay trim anymore so I got a gym membership, it's taken me a while to get in the swing of things but now here I am wanting to compete
Why I Love It:
I love the energy and pump after working out, I love working on my legs I find it's give me a high to push them to the limit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't know why I haven't quit already, I want to prove to myself that I can do this, working out is my time and it's hard to find just time for me, My kids keep me motivated, I know they will look up to me and at the end of the day I want them to be proud of what their mom has accomplished in her life

Back progression
ok, I think I am making progress, I feel I have more muscle in my back, I honestly don't think I was working my back fully before
So I calculated today that I am 14 wks out from the first competition I would like to do. I now have to plan out my diet and start training harder (not that I haven't been already).
I sit at 138lbs and would like to get down to atleast 125-128 which means cardio, cardio, cardio. I do not...
Ok.. its a deal. I won't be spending as much money as i did last time.. Live and learn haha.. I think its a great idea we get together every week.. Facebook me and i'll give you my number :)))

You look great! Your back development is definitely becoming more apparent....goof upper lat detail. I want you to perform some bent-over dumbbell kickbacks for your tri's for the next couple weeks. Let me know if you see any results.
