Today is all about cardio and even though I can't run yet I'm really going to give it all I have, Even if it takes me 2 hours to get the calorie burn I need
Cardio: Treadmill walk @ 3.0mph

Breakfast: 1 Cup oatmeal, 3 whole eggs
Snack#1: Apple, String Cheese, Flaxseed oil
Lunch: Broiled Tilapia w/ 1 cup rice peas and carrots
Snack#2: 12 large shrimp with lemon juice
Dinner: 3 broiled pork ribs w/12oz of mashed potatos and 1 cup of broccoli
Snack#3 7oz raseberry Jello
