How I Started:
I've always been a big guy and when I when I left Korea I had the Budwiser beer gut and needed to pass my pt test, so from then on I've been trying to pass my pt test all the time while still sustaining my size.
Why I Love It:
I love being big and sexy, I like to know that if the situation comes up I can pull two wounded soilders out of a combat zone on my own, being my size and having my strenght allows me to better at my job inserving in the US Armed Forces
How I Stay Motivated:
We really don't have a choice it's either pass or get out.

Barbell Shoulder Shrugs 550lbs three times at a 10 sec hold when pulled up

Goal (Long):
Well I want to sustain my big size, increase my strength while still focusing on my love handels and stomach, basically have kind of look like the incrediable hulk without the 15 pack, big, strong but still very able to run at medium speeds.
