How I Started: Me and my friend had the same goals of gaining muscle so we started out at our school gym, and haven't stopped since.
Why I Love It: The confidence you gain, the aesthetic appeal, and it's not a bad hobby.
How I Stay Motivated: I'm a motivated person to begin with, so setting realistic goals one step at a time is one way.
BB Accomplishments: Gained 35 lbs of muscle during my Junior year of high school.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Build a very aesthetically appealing body.
Goal (Long): My arms have always been my downfall, so I'm trying to get them as proportional to the rest of my body as possible. My lower body also needs some much deserved attention, so I plan on building a solid, continuous workout plan that's as dedicated as my upper body routines. Overall, I want my body fat percentage to decrease as well while not sacrificing too much muscle loss seeing that I still want to weigh in at 215.
