What's up Mistating. I haven't heard from you in a while. I see you have made some great progress from your recent photo I have seen. The arms and chest look great. With respect, I think you could work on your abs a bit more, but it's okay too. Next year I'm putting up a video of my progress for all to see on youtube. Have a good christmas man.
