My short term goal is to be more consistent with my diet and exercise.
Goal (Long):
I want to get back into the same great shape I enjoyed while playing college baseball. I have worked out consistently with weights since then, and while I have maintained my body weight and waist size through working out my diet is a disaster. Two weeks good – two weeks bad. I want to stay active and healthy for my family. I WILL lose 17 lbs. by the end of January by making the correct choices with regard to diet and exercise.

Thanks for all of the support and encouragement!!! =) Things are good here too...just finished the semester off- ended my sports/exercise psychology class today! Ended with an A, babyyyyyy! lol. Ahh, I am so glad I have two weeks off of school before the winter semester begins. It takes a load of stress off of my shoulders...=) Speaking of rest...have YOU found any time to rest? You need it!! And you, my friend, are the awesome one!! Thanks for everything.
