When I Started:
Mar, 2009
How I Started:
I have always been lifting weights of and on since high school. But I never manage to stay with it. I have been dealing with injuries due to my weight. My endurance is terrible. I always finding myself trying to hold my stomach in when I am around people. I can't see my own feet. Have a hard time bending down to tie shoes and breathing hard after climbing a set of stairs. I hate those about myself amd I know it's due to my fitness level. It is time for a change, get a better outlook of myself. I want to be at the best shape of my life.
Why I Love It:
It has increased my strength and better feeling about self. I love when I can tell the differnce of my increased strength.
How I Stay Motivated:
Through discipline. I mean there is no one out there to make those changes for you but yourself. So I motivate myself by thoughts of what the look I am aiming for. The rock solid chest, abs, back, arms, legs the works. That'a what I want.
