Sebastian check out my last blog, i kind of detail my normail day. I do alot of giant sets, cardio nightly, and eat clean every day...it just depends on how bad you want it.

I lift moderate to heavy mornings then some HIIT. AT night I do some slow cardio.But as with all weight loss it's about the diet. Since I'm deployed I pretty much only eat what is served (which actually a good variety) I usally eat 2 Chicken breast, 1/2 cup raw broccoli, 1/2 cup raw kidney beans and 1/2 cup raw carrots. I also drink 1.5-2 gallons of water a day...and that is what has worked for me.

Mine has been going great as well. The fat is just melting off of me right now. Exercise mixed with a super strict diet and the heat over here in Iraq is doing the trick.

Mine is going super awesome! I've lost like 15 pounds in the past 29 days. I keep lifting heavier and heavier at the gym so I know I'm not losing muscle mass...

I think I might be hitting a point where I'm losing weight to fast... I don't know because i lift heavier and heavier each time I go to the gym but keep losing .25-.75 pounds every day...of course the heat of IRAQ is probably helping too.

Yeah started the process of being a TI. But then after taking a good hard look in the mirror I thought if I send a picture of me down to Texas right now they are going to think, get real. I figured I will get cut up here in Iraq and then send my picture in. So they can see that I intend on being the example and a BAMF.

Actually I'll be back in time for the mother of gut busters...Thanksgiving. My wife wants to go back to the States to visit our families for T-giving. So it will be a little harder because it will be her family for lunch and then my family like 4 hours later...

I feel you on the sore joints, I'm currently doing a 179 day transformation. I'm deployed right now so the only thing to really do is workout. I lift in the mornings followed by some HIIT and then do like 30 minutes of cardio at night after work. I'm looking to pull 30-40 pounds off my frame by the time i go home.

Mine is going great, currently doing a 179 day transformation...It's kind of easy because i'm deployed so there really aren't any tempations to eat bad and all there really is to do is workout...but it's hard without family around...in the end I know I'll go home better than i ever was.
