How I Started:
I played football in High School and messed around with lifting but didn't really know what I was doing. I really got into it after I joined the Air Force and started to gain weight.
Why I Love It:
When I lift, it's just me, my music and my determination. I'm in my own world.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of my wife and my little girl. I want to be the best I can be for them. I don't want them to be embarrassed, I want them to feel special when people say, “that’s your husband/dad…wow.”

hey M.A.S i just saw your pics of your transformation and i realized we have alote in common of the way we look i am a fatter but i started a 6 week routine of dieting and eating ... i would like to know any tips or secrets or advicce on how to lose the weight i would really appreciate it thx
sorry have sent a comment back but workouts haven't been good. I stay in the 157-161 area. i just found out that i am hypothyoid. so that is a main reason i am having issuse losing weight. Caught a bad stomach bug this week and just start feeling myself. Time to hit the gym tomorrow. hopefully things will get better
My goals are going pretty good thus far. Lifting heavy with lower reps, eating cleaner, and drinking a lot more water.
I have a better idea as to what I am doing overall now, and I am constantly researching to get to know my body a lot better.
Hopefully my goals will all be achieved when I return this time around =D
My lifting goals are always coming along, ever increasing. Weight loss goals are a pain lately. I have surgery coming up for a stomach hernia, so all goals will hit the shelf until I'm recovered.
Not very good...ever since I got out of the academy its been steady downhill, but its getting way to hard to chase people on foot so I'm lookin to turn it around now.
not as good as i have hoped. i've been on the road a lot for work since i joined and i've gotten behind. i'll be back in hawaii here soon and i shouldn't be leaving again for awhile so i hope to be back on track soon. thanks for asking!
