Just wanted to improve myself through hard work and Discipline...I found it through training and dieting.
Why I Love It:
I love that it's all on me and up to me to make the improvements...If it does not happen then there is no one to blame but myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Through friends that I have that compete{Kev,Elitet34,etc}, and that tell me I should compete as well...Also I hate excuses and try my hardest to not make any of my own.

Not sure...We will see what the future holds...Maybe a show ?

Here is what I typically eat on a daily basis. THis is what I'm using to maintain my current conditioning. I will up the calories a bit when it gets cooler outside and wwhen its time to gain mass...However right now this is what I typically stick to 6 days per week{Mon-Sat}...Sun I will...

Well to finish to answered your question, I'm proud of my placing in the NPC Southern State, 4th in a big line up was ok! Yes I have in mind a good list of shows for this year and for this month I have to more to come... So preparation is going on point for more trophies! How about you? I don't know Gator, but if he was the one that won the overall I think he is in the heavyweight class.
