This was my start pic.. I work out all year and eat clean, but we all know that when you're getting ready for a competition, you really test your level of dedication and commitment to the sport.. so after four years off from the stage... I decided it was time to return...
Placed 3rd at the World's in the PRO division... I had a blast:)
My goal was to show that you can get ready for a show eating a 100% holistic eating plan:)
