I guess you could say that I was highly influenced by those around me. Working out is something I always wanted to do, but lacked motivation to do so. I started working at a gym about two years ago and made friends who were dedicated to working out and from then on I just fell into the lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
STRESS RELIEVER!!! No matter what I have on my mind when I get to the gym it all goes away. It's a shift away from reality even if it's only for two hours.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and I think about the confidence I want to one day have. I'm critical of myself and being that way keeps me going.
BB Accomplishments:
I've finally incorporated lifting into my everyday workouts and I LOVE it! Not to mention since I've started consistently working out I've lost 7 lbs.!! :o)

Somewhere starting in highschool until my Junior year in college I went from 110 to 128 lbs. I want to prove to myself that I can get back to how I was. I want to feel confident with myself and stop worrying about how others perceive me. I am also determined to gain upper body strength! I danced ballet for 14 years and have a decent amount of lower body strength and I'm ready to catch my upper body up with my lower half!
O no the thyroid isn't in check yet:( Ugghhh..it's made me gain 10lbs in one month despite dieting, cardio and training.. hopefully Tuesday I get the meds I need! This has been so frustrating. But WOOO for you and Josh moving in next week!:) That is great!:)
so how was your day? I am going to be working out in a couple of hours! i hope I have the energy because normally I work out around lunch time! Are you doing well? What are you getting into tonight?
