Workout Program:
cardio 4x week for 30 min each time or longer depending on how much time I have available.

Working out with Personal Trainer Marc (Omega-man) 2 - 3x's a week for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on what we are doing. and parts of the body he is going to work me out on.

Diet that Marc Put me on, which is actually working.

Also taking the appropriate supplements that I need. Along with using a protein drink I am currently using the product that biggest loser uses for its players.

Marc puts me through, hard core circuit training, and then he puts me through specific muscle group training, work outs get pretty intense.

almost all the reps that Marc puts me through are from 8 - 15 rep sets. then he does drop sets with me as well, which range from 8 - 10 reps and then he puts me through muscle failure.

we do abs every time we work out since that is my problem area. combination of abdominal machines , leg lifts, weighted and unweighted crunches. either from bench or from using a small ball under the small of the back and I go until I can't go anymore.
