How I Started:
Both my husband and I decided that we wanted to get rid of feeling like we did, tired all the time. After going down to Golds Gym and talking with the GM there, We joined and since then have started reading more in muscle & fitness magazines for woman and men and decided that I wanted to move to attaining a much larger scale of things for myself. So here I am and loving it.
Why I Love It:
I never thought that I could enjoy working out and being able to work out with my husband and talking with a really great Personal Trainer Marc from Golds Gym, I am making a serious long term commitment and setting a personal goal to get myself into competion as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
right now am staying motivated by the fact that I am trying to get back into the military so we will seee what happens.
BB Accomplishments:
Right now I am only in the beginning of my journey, will let you know as it comes along.

am trying to go back into the military so long as I can get my neck cleared by the sadistic meps doc's.
Goal (Long):
needing to drop 5% more body fat to meet my tape for me to move forward. am down from the 10% I was.
Besides trying to get my weight down for trying to go back in is looking at getting my phlebotomy licensing for a new career, as well.
So the end all be all goal is drop the weight, build up muscle tone and live as healthy of a life that I can.
cardio 4x week for 30 min each time or longer depending on how much time I have available.
Working out with Personal Trainer Marc (Omega-man) 2 - 3x's a week for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on what we are doing. and parts of the body he is going to work me out on.
