How I Started:
I got started when I hurt my hand in wrestling and the coach told me to hit the weights. After that I realized that I wonted to stay in the best shape I can be.
Why I Love It:
I like working out because I fiscally feel better. I also mentally feel better because I know that I am doing the best I can to stay healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching others struggle because of thier weight. I tell myself that I will never be like that. Also I have competion against my father. My father is a farm boy and contractor so he is very strong and always supports good health.

When I was younger my father showed me movies of Bruce Lee and Stallons Rocky and Ramdo. I always and still do wont to look like them. I am no stranger to hard work I think if I put my mind to it I can find what works for me and look like those guys.

Thank you, I've always weighed more then I look like I do. No I actually haven't had a 4:30am workout since last week. But I did go to a spin class at 6 am today which is the first day of summer haha. Then I crawled back to bed...what about you? Any 4:30am workouts lately?

i think a mixture of both is good. Íf you were running on a treadmill for interval, id say warm up for 5-10 minutes.. at about 11-12km/hr pace. (adjust accordingly so that u warm up & are a little puffed but not out of breath)Then ramp teh pace up to about maybe 18kms and try to run on it for 30 secs.. jump on the sides when done.. rest until uv just caught ur breath back, and go again until u cant do anymore. It really depends on what results you are after.. and whetehr you get bored easily
