How I Started:
I have been working out for several years, but seriously made a decision to take my training to the next level in 2006. I was working out so hard and it seemed pointless without a goal so my first competition was in May of 2006. I placed 4th in my first two competitions and qualified for the Nationals.
Why I Love It:
I love watching the changes in my body. Seeing sleek lines and definition shows your dedication to the sport.
How I Stay Motivated:
By remebering how good it feels to be fit and how horrible it feels to be flabby.
