Thanks, the vacations were nice, actually I was in Las Vegas for a few days interesting place! I should have the video sometime next week. Originally my instructor made the video, but since I was gone for a while and now he is gone in vacation I should have it sometime by the end of next week. I'll put it up. How the training going? Have you heard of Chei Tai Chi? I am going to a class on Tuesday to see what this is all about, I know it is based on the oldest forms, sound interesting.

Its a very good certification, but the one that makes me more marketable is the core training specialist. Here at least very few trainer are certified and know how to train core only. Core training as many advantages for people with spine, muscle imbalance and postural deviation. If you look at your gym how many people with terrible posture because of weak core muscle.

ISSA is a good certification to start with, usually I suggest ACE, NASM, ASM,those nationally recognized everywhere. I am certified through ACE as a personal trainer, NASM for Specialist Trainer for Athlete, NESTA weight Management Specialist, Hollistic Practioner, and ACE for Core Training Specialist. I learned with those certifications. Either one they are all good
