It is not, "I am doing this," but rather, an inner realization that "this is happening through me," or "it is doing this for me." The consciousness of self is the greatest hindrance to the proper execution of all physical action"

I know I have not been writing for awhile. I have been really busy with work the last two months, here in florida it is the season for the tourists from up north to come down here and the gym it pack every day. I also been involve in running fitness classes, and a weight lost challenge...
nice cement brake, have not tryed that yet myself. Kenpo 3rd dan myself and i am just looking around for other martial artists. keep training and nice space.
Lydia, Lydia, you need to get up on that sh*t! lol well not sure how much of a carry over it would prove to be in martial arts but I know my RFD and sprinting power has increased since adding bands to my squat and bench, feels a lil' weird though and kinda hard to control on the eccentric phase...but no probs Lyd ;)
You have naturally good body proportions Lydia, the waist, hip and shoulder ratio is amazing - and your leg power and speed will definitely increase with the right kinda training (you tried using bands when squatting?)
