Background
I had piddled with weights for at least 7 years before I ever hired a trainer in October of 2002. His plan was simple, one hour of weight training two times a week, total body workout, no cardio, started me out on a 1500 calories with a 48/30/22 split. It worked for helping me to shed bodyfat and starting the process of buidling lean mass.
I love the pump! I love the results! I love the fitness lifestyle. The look is amazing! Those into fitness know what hard work is all about!!!

Posted in Other : Mar 28, 2011 2:49pmWOW, what an experience!!!! I am so glad I did this before I attempted to get on stage. So much to learn. The diet, well, my trainer is awesome with the diet. He tells me what to eat, I eat. The interesting part is how you feel with all the changes in carb/protien/fat ratios. And water, so important. The workouts were intense, the cardio intense, there were days I literally was a whupped puppy after cardio. I actually was in tears many times, just overwhelmed from the intensity of it all, not to mention I finally let go of Curt, my boyfriend, for good. He was an on and on supporter, told me

I missed two days of cardio and one workout due to my car repairs.
I am so grouchy.....I fluctuate between wanting to cry and wanting to slap someone.....geez....is this normal???
