What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Diet Diet Diet get it straight from someone who has the body to prove they know what they are doing.
Training....seek out a good trainer or workout partner...again....look at their body...
I am honored and proud to be chosen for Transformation of the Week over age 40. This event has motivated me to give 100% to being the best I can be.

Hope your Halloween weekend was a blast!! Our final match this weekend was grueling. Our Pack (240+ lbs guys) crushed their pack, however their backs (150 - 220 lbs) out ran our backs scoring 3 un-answered tries. We had a great post party barbeque and drained 2 kegs with the other teams. Trick or treating later that night. Have a wonderful week!! Cheers, Bryan
Congratulations on your recent achievement. You definitely deserve it. I still questions whether or not you are 40 but I trust you wouldn't lie about that. What I mean to say is you look young and gorgeous. Stay motivated!
Hey you. I hear ya. My training was going pretty good until the knee injury. And my diet.............Not too good. But not that bad. What are you going to be for Halloween?
