Looking back, I have always loved exercise. It was not until 7 years ago I was able to hook up with a great trainer and well...the pics tell the story!!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the pump. I love the results. I love the fitness lifestyle. The look is amazing! Those into fitness know what hard work is all about!!!

Diet Diet Diet get it straight from someone who has the body to prove they know what they are doing.
Training....seek out a good trainer or workout partner...again....look at their body...

Cardio today....30 mins upon awakening...took in my protein first and then 15 mins. on the "dreadmill" and 15 mins on some...
